Oplu is retained on a newly created appointment for a warm, private, international UHNW family. The Director of Residences & Operations will take full ownership of a portfolio of private residences across Italy. Household operations, staff management, contractor relationships, active renovation oversight, and the coordination of a three-nanny childcare team. Systems are currently fragmented. Building the household operational bible from scratch is one of the earliest priorities. This is not a step-up role.
