What you’ll do

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, fostering long-term partnerships for mutual success.
  2. Guide and deliver the successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
  3. Ensure the delivery of a customer experience that meets the highest quality standards and contributes to the customers' strategic objectives.
  4. Drive business development initiatives within assigned portfolio, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  5. Take ownership of revenue targets and actively contribute to the growth and financial success of the division.
  6. Conduct contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  7. Design successful strategies, ensuring a consistent approach to customer engagement.
  8. Lead cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs and resolve issues quickly.
  9. Provide strong leadership by setting clear objectives and translating the strategic vision into actionable goals for the team.
  10. Collaborate with customers to develop a strategic vision for evolving their solutions, aligning with business goals.
  11. Manage a broad customer portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

What you’ll need

  • 8+ years of proven experience in managing and expanding large customer portfolios.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to thrive in a complex, mission-critical environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Financial acumen, including experience in managing project/program financials and ensuring profitability.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to advocate project management processes for efficient and effective value delivery.
  • Proven experience in managing tender processes and bid management activities, including proposal preparation, coordination with stakeholders, and negotiation with clients to secure profitable contracts.
