    • This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote and impact the global employment space as a

    • Director of Product Marketing
    • on our Growth team. You will collaborate with growth, sales, customer success, and product teams to gather customer insights, lead go-to-market strategies, and execute campaigns to grow the business (attract, convert, retain).
    • Requirements
    • You are :

    • A strategic, results-oriented leader eager to make a significant impact. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail, always focusing on results.
    • A team player who aligns cross-functional teams towards common goals, partnering with Sales, Product, Design, Global Ops, and International Expansion, fostering strong relationships across teams.
    • Data-driven and intuitive, with deep market and competitive landscape knowledge. You can anticipate market trends and support your insights with research and data to shape our product and marketing strategies.
    • An effective people and operational manager, capable of handling HR, budgeting, motivating, and developing team members. You set goals, prioritize, and provide mentorship.
    • Highly organized and articulate, capable of working efficiently at a fast pace and clearly communicating business priorities and team support strategies.
    • Metric-driven with strong analytical and project management skills.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • Experience with remote or distributed teams is a plus, though not mandatory.
    • You have :

    • 10+ years of relevant experience — product marketing, management, operations, or strategy consulting.
    • At least 5 years in product marketing or go-to-market roles.
    • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, closely working with sales teams.
    • Experience building and managing teams in a fast-growth environment.
    • A passion for remote work and a global perspective is highly preferred.
    • Key responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategies to reach various customer segments, utilizing qualitative and quantitative insights to inform messaging, positioning, and lifecycle management.
    • Advocate for users, stay informed about competitors, and craft a clear product strategy vision.
    • Create product positioning and messaging based on user research and market insights.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, sales, design, PR, engineering, content, marketing—to develop go-to-market strategies and product launches.
    • Support user-facing teams and collaborate with Finance and Operations on pricing and initiatives.
    • Assist in executing industry partnerships with senior leadership.

    • Remote's Total Rewards approach ensures fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits worldwide. We pay a minimum of USD 40,000 annually, adjusted for location, experience, and skills, but never below this minimum.
