We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead and shape the vision, strategy, and execution of complex, high-impact products within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing one or more significant product areas (PAs) and will guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user needs and broader business objectives. You will engage with executives, senior leadership, and partners across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders to define, articulate, and execute on the product strategy.

This is an opportunity to influence product direction at scale, drive breakthrough solutions, and deliver significant impact to our users and to the company.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision
    • Define & Own Product Strategy: Establish a compelling vision for the product(s) and communicate it effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Innovation & Ideation: Drive new ideas, business models, and product segments. Champion experimentation, user research, and industry insights to ensure our product remains differentiated and competitive.
    • Roadmap: Collaborate with leaders within the broader Product Area (PA) to align on long-term strategic initiatives, ensuring product roadmaps support overarching company goals.
  • Product Execution
    • End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Lead product teams throughout ideation, development, launch, and growth phases. Ensure timely delivery against high-quality standards.
    • Process Development & Optimization: Implement and refine processes that enable fast, high-quality decision-making. Continuously remove blockers and ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration.
  • Organizational Leadership
    • Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers (and potentially other ICs) responsible for sub-products or areas. Provide clear feedback, growth opportunities, and career development.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Forge strong relationships with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Business Development, and other relevant teams. Facilitate collaboration and foster a culture of partnership and shared goals.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product vision, progress, and priorities across senior leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in for critical product decisions.
  • Technical Complexity & Collaboration
    • Engineering Partnership: Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical trade-offs, influence architectural decisions, and shape long-term technology strategy.
    • Complex Problem Solving: Tackle highly ambiguous and challenging problem spaces. Develop creative solutions that may involve new technologies, product pivots, or large-scale integrations.
  • Communication
    • Compelling Narratives: Present product ideas, strategic roadmaps, and vision in a clear, engaging manner that motivates internal teams and external audiences.
    • Adapt Messaging: Tailor communication style and depth according to the audience—details for technical teams; executive summaries for senior leadership.
    • Thought Leadership: Serve as a public-facing representative for the product and the company at conferences, industry events, and with partner executives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
