About the Role
This position leads and directs routine functions of Human Resources and Administration department, including Talent Acquisition, administering pay, benefits, and leave, maintaining and enforcing company policies and practices. Also, responsible for office administration, development and management of administrative suppliers, office location selection and relocation, company vehicle management etc.
Responsibilities
- Partner with departments to implement HR strategies
- Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and training processes
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to HR activities
- Develop and manage budget for HR department
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
