The Impact You'll Make

As the Operations Director, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing daily operations across all facilities, including fitness, wellness, food and beverage, and retail. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and inspiring department heads to ensure high standards are met.
• Implementing and evolving robust operating procedures as the company grows.
• Championing exceptional service consistency, balancing operational efficiency with a luxurious client experience.
• Driving initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize revenue.
• Defining and analyzing key performance indicators to guide continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Cultivating a high-performance culture and fostering team growth and development.
• Overseeing workforce planning, scheduling, and training programs.
• Ensuring outstanding client satisfaction, retention, and feedback integration across all business units.
• Preparing operational systems for seamless expansion into new locations and formats.
• Supporting the launch of new branches and evaluating technology platforms for optimal operations.

Your Skills and Experience

We seek a strategic and hands-on professional with a proven track record in operations leadership, ideally within the fitness, hospitality, or wellness sectors. You will bring:

• Extensive experience in operations leadership, managing large, multi-departmental teams with a focus on service excellence.
