The Impact You'll Make

As the Operations Director, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing daily operations across all facilities, including fitness, wellness, food and beverage, and retail. Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading and inspiring department heads to meet high standards.
• Implementing and evolving robust operating procedures as the company grows.
• Ensuring exceptional service consistency while maintaining operational efficiency and a luxurious client experience.
• Driving initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize revenue.
• Defining and analyzing key performance indicators for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Cultivating a high-performance culture, fostering team growth and development.
• Overseeing workforce planning, scheduling, and training programs.
• Ensuring outstanding client satisfaction, retention, and feedback integration across all units.
• Preparing operational systems for seamless expansion into new locations and formats.
• Supporting the launch of new branches and evaluating technology platforms for optimal operations.

Your Skills and Experience

We seek a strategic, hands-on professional with a proven track record in operations leadership, preferably within the fitness, hospitality, or wellness sectors. You should possess :

• Extensive experience managing large, multi-departmental teams with a focus on service excellence.
• Strong business acumen, including financial management, budget control, and data-driven decision-making.
• A history of building scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure.
• Excellent computer literacy and reporting skills.

This role is based in Doha, Qatar.
