The Impact You'll Make

As the Operations Director, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing daily operations across all facilities, including fitness, wellness, food and beverage, and retail. You will:

• Lead and inspire department heads, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
• Implement and refine robust operating procedures as the company grows.
• Champion exceptional service quality, balancing operational efficiency with a luxurious client experience.
• Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize revenue.
• Define and analyze key performance indicators to guide continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture, fostering team growth and development.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and training programs.
• Ensure outstanding client satisfaction, retention, and feedback integration across all units.
• Prepare operational systems for seamless expansion into new locations and formats.
• Support new branch launches and evaluate technology platforms for optimal operations.

Your Skills and Experience

We seek a strategic and hands-on professional with proven operations leadership experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or wellness sectors. You will:

• Have extensive progressive experience managing large, multi-departmental teams focused on service excellence.
• Possess strong business acumen, including financial management, budget control, and data-driven decision-making.
• Have a history of building scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure.
