As Director of Leisure Sales you will drive the commercial strategy for the Leisure segment, cultivating high‑value relationships with key partners, travel agencies, tour operators, luxury consortia, and specialized leisure intermediaries across international markets. You will ensure the achievement of revenue goals by identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, and promoting our hotels as preferred destinations for upscale leisure travellers.

Your responsibilities includes:

  • Expanding the global leisure portfolio by exploring new markets, new distribution channels and emerging travel trends.
  • Ensuring consistent after‑sales follow‑up to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in service, product and commercial approach.
  • Ensuring the achievement of the Company’s revenue targets for the Leisure segment through effective planning and strategic sales initiatives.
  • Implementing sales strategies aimed at maximizing market penetration and optimizing yield within key leisure markets.
  • Analyzing competitor trends, pricing strategies, and market shifts to refine the Company’s leisure positioning.
  • Providing insights and reports on segment performance, travel behavior and booking patterns to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales Team to ensure alignment and consistency in sales initiatives across segments.
  • Representing the Company at major leisure trade shows, events, client presentations and roadshows.
  • Conducting frequent national and international travel to build new relationships, strengthen existing ones, and promote the brand effectively.
  • A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality and leisure travel.
  • Proven experience in leisure sales within the luxury hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of leisure distribution dynamics, market trends and international travel networks.
  • An established network of leisure clients across multiple countries.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a proactive, self‑starter approach.
  • Negotiation, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
