• Develop and execute the property's IT strategy aligned with operations and business objectives


• Oversee day-to-day IT system operation, security, and guest-facing technologies

• Stay updated on hospitality technology trends and propose innovations

Responsabilità

• Senior IT leadership experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or multi-outlet operations


• Strong knowledge of PMS, POS, CRM, VOIP, and guest-facing technologies


• Expertise in IT infrastructure, network security, and data protection


• Excellent project management and complex system integration experience


• Strategic mindset with hands‑on, solution‑driven approach


• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills


• Discretion, reliability, and commitment to data integrity


• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous


• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; cybersecurity or network administration certifications are a plus
