Responsibilities
Responsible for a range of activities, from transactional to support of large projects within different locations / countries / regions
Ensuring all information and required supporting documentation is on file and is submitted to payroll on a timely manner
Manage relocation and transfer processes including visa applications where applicable, payroll transfers, etc.
Apply compliance knowledge to protect the Company from possible liabilities / risks
Maintain compliance with the assigned countries’ regulations concerning all aspects of employment (vacation, overtime pay, employee benefit eligibility, health & safety due process, payroll processed, etc.) to protect the Company from possible liabilities / risks
Proactively work with local legal advisors when necessary to obtain any necessary guidance required for the company’s operations
With support of the Employee Relations Team or other senior colleagues, process employee relations issues, ensuring procedures are properly followed and paperwork completed and filed. Assist with creating and / or editing contracts and handbooks ensuring content accuracy and submit for final review
Ensure employee data are kept updated on the HRIS (i.e. Workday) and produce relevant reports
Qualifications
Minimum 3-year experience within Human Resources
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, preferably with Human Resources focus
Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
Excellent communication skills in English and Italian (written and verbal)
Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace
Working knowledge with a HRIS (Workday)
