As we expand our presence in Europe, we are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Director of Growth | Web3 & Crypto to lead our global growth initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to define and execute growth strategies in a rapidly evolving industry while working in a fully remote, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across Web3 and crypto products, including user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Lead and scale multi-channel growth initiatives across paid media, organic channels, partnerships, and community-driven ecosystems.
• Drive user growth across DeFi, token-based platforms, wallets, and blockchain applications.
• Analyze user behavior, on-chain data, and market trends to identify scalable growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to optimize funnels and improve user experience.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships within the crypto ecosystem, including exchanges, protocols, and communities.
• Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and continuously optimize growth campaigns.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the Web3 space.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing growth team in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior growth role within Web3, crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech environments.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, DeFi ecosystems, and crypto market dynamics.
• Strong track record of scaling user acquisition and engagement in digital or decentralized products.
• Expertise in growth frameworks, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and data analytics.
• Experience working with on-chain analytics tools, attribution models, and growth experimentation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Highly analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).

What We Offer

• Competitive annual salary: EUR 150,000 – 180,000.
