• Direct, manage and develop the Finance & Purchasing team and establish strong internal controls and accounting procedures
• Oversee compliance with the hotel management contract, laws, and corporate policy, reporting discrepancies to General Manager and group management
• Drive profitability improvements through exception reporting and analyses to measure success
• Organize and optimize treasury functions to manage working capital and cash flow per guidelines
• Support hotel leadership and HR on strategic matters and promote learning & development within the finance team
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial meetings with Corporate MOHG finance and owners
• Promote Safe, Sound and Sustainable practices and act as hotel ambassador in all activities
• Carry out additional duties as requested by management related to hotel operations

Responsabilità

• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
• 10 years of comparable experience
• Proficient in Windows-based software applications
• Strong Excel proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in Italian and English
• Italian citizenship with working experience in Italy and knowledge of general fiscal principles
• Strong leadership, organizational and prioritization abilities
• Ability to manage within hotel management contracts and international corporate governance
