Director of Controls Line

Carlo Gavazzi, an international group active in designing, manufacturing, and marketing electronic equipment, is searching for a Director of Controls Line based in Belluno.

The Business Line Controls operations mainly take place in Belluno (120 employees), with some product lines located in China.

Main Responsibilities :

• Leading the business in areas including Sourcing Operations, R&D, Product Management, Product Sales Support, and maintaining a strong interface with the Sales Organization and Customers.
• Ensuring operational efficiency.
• Developing business management goals and objectives to support growth.
• Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to achieve set goals.
• Ensuring the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.

Expected Profile and Requirements :

• Master’s degree in Engineering; an MBA is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the Automation Components Business (products, customers, and market).
• Familiarity with factory sourcing operations.
• Strong experience in Research & Development and Product Management.
• Proven experience as a business manager or in a relevant role.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
• Ability to drive change and improve business results.
• Capability to organize and coordinate operations for maximum productivity.

Residence in the Belluno area and availability to travel, especially to China, are required.
