Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead, develop and grow a role within Agoda’s Commercial and Corporate Legal team. The position is based in Bangkok and reports to the VP of Commercial and Corporate, leading and owning the relations with the Supply team that manages 100% of Agoda’s property relationships. The role has a high focus on supply contracts, B2B relationships, and all matters relating to hotel and holiday property agreements.

Responsibilities

• Report to the VP of Commercial and Corporate and lead the legal aspects of supply contracts.
• Own and manage relationships with the Supply team responsible for all property agreements.
• Develop and expand the Commercial and Corporate Legal team’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Booking Holdings group and Group brands on legal matters.

Qualifications

• Senior, seasoned lawyer with a strong legal background and self‑motivated, confident, curious, and out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
• Experience in commercial contracts, supply chain or B2B legal matters, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong ethical foundation and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
