The Director of FIT in Florence provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight for FIT's academic initiatives in Florence, Italy. The role oversees year-long, semester-based, and short-term study abroad programs and serves as the primary representative of FIT to students, faculty, Polimoda, AACUPI, and the City of Florence. Responsibilities include program operations, student support, academic coordination, faculty management, risk management, budgeting, cultural programming, student orientations, and emergency response. The position reports to the Dean for International Education and supports global engagement and study abroad experiences for students.
