  • Koch Engineered Services (KES) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Koch Resources, LLC, which is wholly owned by Koch Industries, Inc., a privately held company based in Wichita, Kansas. KES operates independently from Koch Resources, LLC with its own board of managers, risk, and financing capabilities. KES is a global company with 73 engineering / sales offices and 22 manufacturing facilities located in over 20 countries and exporting to over 70 countries. Approximately 50% of the sales are outside the USA and KES employs over 4,000 full-time employees. KES is comprised of six major subsidiaries which manufacture engineered-to-order products with technology as the major differentiator from our competitors. Subsidiaries have strong brand name recognition and market share with a large installed base to support the replacement parts business. Through acquisitions, KES has over 100 years of experience designing, manufacturing, selling, installing, and servicing process and pollution control equipment as well as providing engineering services for industries and municipalities worldwide. Major customers are refiners and chemical companies, but KES also serves mid-stream, municipal, mining, food and dairy, automotive, utility, and other process industry customers.

  • What You Will Do In Your Role
    • Oversee the financial strategic planning of the region by evaluating its performance and potential risks
    • Advise on investment decisions needed to deliver expected results
    • Prepare and outline complex models into simple terms that others can work with
    • Recognize patterns in company spending, revenue, and recommend solutions to any problem areas
    • Have a strong understanding of regional fiscal policy and investment regulations

    • Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field
    • Progressive experience in financial management
    • Working knowledge of financial analysis
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • An analytical mind with good organizational skills
    • Outstanding leadership skills
