Experteer Overview
In this role you lead Adobe’s Digital Media Enterprise sales in Western Europe, driving growth and scalable performance. You will develop and empower front-line managers and account executives, collaborating with executive leadership to shape differentiated go-to-market strategies. You’ll own revenue outcomes, accelerate key opportunities, and align cross-functional teams to optimize execution. The role offers impact across market strategy, customer engagements at the C-suite, and a focus on transformation and growth in a fast-moving region.

Responsabilità
- Strong second-line sales management experience with enterprise teams.
- Direct software sales experience (not consulting, indirect sales, or professional services).

- Ability to lead in a matrixed organization and scale teams.
- Proven track record of new business and scaling existing opportunities.
