As a senior operations leader at Orise GmbH, you will design and implement business operations aligned with divisional strategy to enable sustainable growth. You will establish and scale a global consulting team and drive operational excellence across the division. You will optimize productivity, oversee project management and execution, and ensure efficient use of resources. You will collaborate with the Global Sales Director and BU leadership to steer strategy and financial planning, delivering measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operations aligned with divisional strategy to enable sustainable growth
• Establish and grow a global consulting team
• Maintain and drive division-level operational results
• Increase productivity and manage project execution to meet BU goals
• Ensure optimal utilization and efficiency within the division
• Oversee project management, implementation, and scale the business
• Drive operational excellence across functions, systems, and processes
• Collaborate with Global Sales Director on sales activities
• Partner with BU VP to define strategy, plan budgets, and monitor targets

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior roles within consulting or pharmaceutical industries
• Strong operations management, strategic planning, project management, and change management experience
• Excellent project management with experience in large, complex initiatives
• Exceptional leadership with ability to lead large, diverse teams
• Strong intercultural communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Business English
• Willingness to travel
