In this role you will design and scale the EMEA Clinical Project Management (CPM) function, leading a high‑performing team to deliver complex studies on time and within budget. You will drive stakeholder alignment, coach project teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering strong financial performance and customer satisfaction. Responsabilità

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
• ~12+ years of relevant experience with leadership in clinical project management
• Mandatory experience in FSP model
• Strong knowledge of clinical trials, GCP/ICH, and clinical research environment
• Proven people leadership in global settings with coaching and talent development skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
• Agile, strategic thinker with organizational and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management systems
