Experteer Overview

In this role you drive value-based selling and rigorous business cases for Wolters Kluwer’s CP&ESG solutions. You’ll collaborate with sales, finance leaders, and cross-functional partners to quantify financial and strategic impact for large, complex deals, with a CFO-focused storytelling angle. You shape deal strategy, enable sales with value models, and engage C-suite stakeholders to accelerate growth. You’ll operate as an independent, high-impact advisor at the intersection of finance transformation and ESG/business performance. This is a mission-driven, enterprise SaaS role that scales value delivery across CP&ESG.

  • Partner with Sales on top CP&ESG accounts and strategic opportunities
  • Shape deal strategy to maximize ACV/TCV and win probability
  • Act as a trusted advisor to account teams and senior customer stakeholders
  • Support negotiation strategy and value-based pricing
  • Build robust, data-driven business cases for strategic deals
  • Quantify customer impact across finance transformation, cost optimization, planning/forecasting/reporting improvements, ESG reporting efficiency
  • Translate WK CP&ESG solutions into clear financial and strategic outcomes
  • Develop and deliver CFO-focused executive narratives (CFO, FP&A leaders, CAO, CIO)
  • Lead executive discussions on investment rationale, ROI/payback, and transformation outcomes
  • Align stakeholders across Finance, IT, Sustainability, Strategy
  • Identify and remove barriers to closing; improve win rates, deal velocity, and pipeline conversion
  • Support account planning and growth strategy
  • Equip sales teams with value-based proposals, ROI models, financial frameworks, and CFO-level messaging
  • Coach account teams on value-based selling
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing; provide insights on customer value gaps and market needs
  • Track metrics: ACV/TCV, win rates, cycle time, pipeline conversion, value adoption

Responsabilità

  • 10–15+ years of experience in top-tier consulting and/or Enterprise SaaS/FinTech/CPM/EPM/ESG solutions
  • Proven track record in business case development/value engineering for complex deals
  • C-level stakeholder engagement experience (Office of the CFO focus)
  • Strong financial modeling and ROI expertise
  • Executive-level communication and storytelling
  • Ability to work independently in high-ambiguity environments
  • Experience in complex, enterprise sales environments
  • Experience with CFO organizations and FP&A, Controllership, Accounting functions
  • Knowledge of FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, close, consolidation, reporting, and KPI frameworks
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting and regulatory requirements (CSRD) and finance data/analytics
