Join our team in one of our SELA (Southern Europe and Latin America) countries, ENERCON is seeking a dynamic and strategic person to lead our After Sales operations in the SELA region. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in alignment with ENERCON’s global strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead proactive revenue management under the regional P&L, including pricing differentiation and sales of additional products & services
- Act as the commercial customer point of contact for After Sales, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in collaboration with the regional Service division
- Own and manage the After Sales pipeline, including contact database oversight
- Drive major After Sales volume and revenue targets in coordination with Global Sales
- Serve as the first-level escalation point for regional claim management and customer requests
- Explore strategic initiatives in alignment with Global Sales and After Sales LOA
- Organize and manage the regional After Sales department within budgetary guidelines
- Align and consolidate inputs with global functions (SSTP, Global Sales) for new offerings, processes, tools, and standards
Key Activities
- Develop and adapt regional After Sales strategies to maximize revenue in line with ENERCON’s global objectives
- Coordinate with regional Service and Project Management to optimize processes and improve project performance
- Track and report key KPIs to monitor success and identify areas for improvement
- Organize and execute country-specific After Sales strategies and marketing programs
- Coordinate After Sales activities for key accounts, including frame agreements, claims resolution, and customer review meetings
Your Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in After Sales or related commercial roles
- Strong strategic thinking and customer orientation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with global interfaces
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
