Digital Transformation Manager (f/m/d)

Overview

About The Role: We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager who will support both the definition and execution of our company’s digital strategy, lead crossfunctional initiatives, and facilitate the organization in adopting innovative technologies. To identify opportunities, modernize processes, and ensure alignment with corporate goals, you will work closely with all divisions and in strict cooperation with all functions of our information office, and in particular with the Digital Transformation Business Partners and our AI Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Support both the definition and execution of the digital transformation strategy and roadmap
• Foster innovation and identify opportunities for new digital solutions
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and internal control standards
• Assess new digital initiatives for feasibility, business value, and impact
• Promote a digital mindset and drive change management and technology adoption
• Coordinate AI-related initiatives and oversee the AI Specialist
• Monitor and report on key KPIs (ROI, digitalization level, efficiency gains, tech adoption, budget adherence, customer satisfaction)
• Lead and coach Digital Transformation Business Partners across the organization
• Manage vendors and budgets in collaboration with Procurement and the PMO

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or similar field
• Several years of experience in implementing digital transformation, process digitalization, or technology-driven change
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, data-driven decision-making, and AI usage
• Leadership experience in cross-functional or matrix environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style mastering project management
• Experience in change management and digital adoption
• Knowledge of vendor management, budgeting, and compliance frameworks
• Passion for innovation and ability to inspire others
• Fluent in English, German and Italian
