Job Overview :
The role of Major Account Manager is crucial in securing the digital experience of our customers. This position requires someone who can connect customers with solutions for every stage of threat prevention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive and orchestrate large complex sales cycles to meet customer needs.
- Work with internal partners and teams to best serve the customer.
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position the portfolio of Palo Alto Networks solutions.
- Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect Palo Alto Networks products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security industry - SASE technology is preferred.
- Identify problems, review data, determine root causes, and provide scalable solutions.
