Oversee end-to-end delivery ensuring seamless HW and SW integration of digital services and software systems in Zero Emission Commercial Vehicles architecture and their Ecosystem, both onboard and offboard.
- Act as primary reference for engineering, vehicle platform teams, and key company stakeholders in V-Model Based Organization
- Gather requirements from customers and internal teams to guide solutions and product planning
- Define scope, set priorities for vehicle technical groups, and manage project budgets
- Define system integration strategy, ensure system readiness at integration milestones and oversee programs from concept to customer release
- Develop and maintain integration strategies and change management plans
- Promote agile collaboration across teams, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
Digital Systems Integration responsibilities in the Zero Emission Vehicles ecosystem include:
- Developing and managing a digital and key vehicle software roadmap aligned with product and service portfolio
- Collecting digital and software requirements from stakeholders and translating them into technical needs and deployment plans.
- Delivering complete digital systems, architectures, products, and services both onboard and offboard.
- Manage the delivery of complete vehicle software according to requirements, launch timelines and budget, organizing indirect report teams
- Issue and troubleshooting management
- Integration plans development and management
- Continuously updating the digital roadmap and plans to achieve short, medium and long-term goals.
- Monitoring and supporting to improve reliability, field testing, and uptime via remote data collection and analytics.
- Overall management of budget, plan and results from request to customer release
Key qualifications:
- Over 10 years' experience in project and program management, leading complex initiatives, multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing budgets.
- Expertise in telematics, distributed electronic systems, vehicle architectures, hardware/software requirements, connectivity, customer interfaces, cloud computing, regulations, and cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of technical, business, and customer needs in commercial vehicles.
- Advanced knowledge of Zero Emission Vehicles (electric, fuel cell), technical features, and customer requirements.
- Knowledge about electrification ecosystem, including charging systems, e-mobility platforms, and associated services.
- Experience in data analysis, intelligence, mining, and predictive fleet monitoring applied to Zero Emission Vehicles.
- Knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies (i.e. Certified Product Owner/Product Manager).
- Fluent in English
- Soft skills: results-driven, creative problem solver, effective communicator for non-technical audiences, strong leadership of multifunctional teams and suppliers, capability of managing indirect resources, strong capability of time and task management.
- Full professional knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
- Good knowledge of DevOps/Polarion Requirements and Management Tool
- Good knowledge of Data Analysis tools
- Master's degree in engineering or similar
