Your Opportunity, Your Team The Digital Store e‑commerce Junior Trader supports QVC Italy by managing the e‑commerce strategy for assigned categories to deliver the sales plan across all digital platforms (Website & App). This includes developing, executing, and analyzing the e‑commerce strategy for brands to drive the online business and meet sales and new customer goals, while ensuring a cohesive strategy for products and categories through priority and initiative setting.
Where You’ll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our offices in Brugherio (MB) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
This is a full‑time role – maternity cover.
What You’ll Do Reporting To The Digital Store E‑Commerce Supervisor You Will
Be accountable to achieve sales plans for assigned categories.
Collaborate with the Merchandising team to build a calendar of promotions for brand and product visibility supporting the assigned categories.
Work with the On‑Site Optimization / Personalization / Programming team to plan and develop new sales and promotional approaches for the e‑commerce channels.
React to business opportunities and challenges to maximize sales while monitoring KPIs (Web Sales, sessions, CR, CTR, etc.).
Experiment with different types of offers based on customer audience (existing and new) while maintaining knowledge of competitors to drive innovation and best practices.
Analyze and recap category sales and content online strategy in all relevant business meetings.
Manage content resources for video, photography and online assets.
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 years of exposure to multichannel and e‑commerce businesses.
Good knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Tableau Reader and Office Suite (advanced Excel).
Good understanding of digital KPIs (Web Sales, Sessions, visits, CR, CTR, bounce rate, etc.).
Ability to manage and lead large‑scale projects across multiple business lines.
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment.
Customer focus, good time‑management skills, a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Native Italian and fluent English.
Salary Salary: 25.600,00 € - 32.000,00 €
