An exciting opportunity opens within Digital Solution & Infrastructure team, Processing Solutions and Equipment. We support and deliver advanced integrated plant automation and MES solutions to our customers globally in cooperation with our Market companies.
Job Description Permanent position based in
Monza, Italy
that requires travel of approximately 40% of your time.
We are looking for an experienced Digital (Software) Engineer who wants to develop, implement and deliver Digital E2E solutions to our customers.
What You Will Do You will work with designing the production plant system architecture from ERP to shop floor. Configuring, deploying and testing MES/MOM (Manufacturing Management) solutions adapting them to different customer needs that often require development. The work includes problem-solving, adapting technology solutions, implementing and supporting solution installations. You will collaborate internally and deliver externally toward our customers, which includes travel to customer sites.
Main Responsibilities
Configure, deploy, and test Tetra Pak MES/MOM solutions adapting them to the different customer needs across areas such as Reception, Production, Packaging, and Quality.
Integrate processing, packaging, and related industrial systems like ERP, WMS, LIMS to create a comprehensive plant solution.
Deliver technical lifecycle support and issue resolution capabilities for implemented solutions.
Support the development of solutions to adjust our Digital Portfolio to customer needs.
Profile Description We believe you have:
An understanding of MES/MIS applications and the requirements for Digital Transformation such as Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things.
Project management experience and knowledge of requirements engineering (highly valued).
Knowledge in PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, etc).
Experience in HMI implementation (Siemens WinCC, Rockwell RSView, AVEVA Intouch, etc).
Experience with virtualisation and container environments.
You are, at heart, curious and technology-driven. You work in a structured and analytical way, solving problems and finding smart solutions to complex technical production systems. You enjoy close collaboration with customers and always act with the customer in mind. You can communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
