We are currently seeking a Digital Specialist to join our Global Digital Team based in Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for launching and managing B2B digital advertising campaigns.
Role Overview:
As a Digital Specialist, you will drive improved performance for our clients by applying data, analytics, and technology to digital advertising campaigns running across global markets. You will be involved in all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to optimization and strategic recommendations. The role is strongly focused on programmatic advertising on our own DSP and display advertising on our own media
Key Responsibilities:
- Activate and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns using our in-house DSP (AccountInsight)
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on our owned media through the Ad Server platform
- Launch and optimize paid media campaigns across other B2B channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads)
- Implement and launch email marketing campaigns to our proprietary B2B database
- Manage the activation of media audiences across third-party DSPs
- Work closely with Account Managers and Operations teams on campaign setup, asset coordination, and timelines
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to define target audiences and ensure data quality by selecting precise audience-targeting criteria
- Analyze performance data and continuously monitor campaign results to identify improvement opportunities
- Communicate with clients and participate in client meetings to support campaign execution and performance reviews
- Participate in internal meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Digital Media
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing programmatic and paid media campaigns
- Fluency in English at a professional level (written and spoken) is essential, as the role operates in English
- Experience with one or more of the following platforms is essential: DSP, Ad Server, Google Ads, LinkedIn
- Interest and experience in data and web analytics
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, flexible, problem-solver, and team player
- Curious and eager to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of French is a nice bonus
Working model: (3 days in the office, 2 days working remotely from home).
Assignment and compensation will be assessed and in line with the candidate's experience and skills.
