INNOCEAN is a global marketing and communications agency and we are looking for a Digital Specialist, who is a professional to manage and optimize a company’s online presence, creating strategies across channels such as SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising to achieve business goals, analyzing data to improve performance and ROI, and adapting to the ongoing evolution of the industry.
What a Digital Specialist does
• Digital Strategy: Develop integrated marketing plans for digital channels.
• Content Management: Oversees the creation and distribution of content across websites, apps, and newsletters.
• SEO and SEM: Optimize search engine visibility and manage paid advertising campaigns (PPCs).
• Social Media: Manages social channels, plans content and campaigns.
• Email Marketing: Create and implement email marketing campaigns.
• Data Analytics: Monitor web traffic and campaign performance, using analytics tools to identify trends and improvements.
• Reporting: Measure results (KPI) and present reports to optimize strategies.
Key Skills
• In-depth knowledge of the main digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Email).
• Ability to analyze data and use monitoring tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Technical and creative skills.
• Ability to adapt and continuously learn new technologies (such as AI).
• Min 5 years of experiences
