Internship Opportunities

This internship offers the opportunity to gain operational experience in an international and dynamic academic context, working closely with the areas dealing with process analysis, digital innovation and academic services. The aim of the internship is to provide an in-depth understanding of the functioning of a higher education institution, with direct exposure to cross-cutting processes involving students, faculty and administrative staff. The resource will be involved both in operational activities and in strategic projects related to the improvement of processes and the development of information systems.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Development of Digital Services and Innovative Projects

  • Contribute to the design and development of new digital services and online tools for students and internal stakeholders, through benchmarking, requirements gathering and definition of guidelines.
  • Support innovation initiatives, including projects involving the introduction of AI technologies in teaching, administrative and research processes.

2. Process Analysis, Mapping and Improvement

  • Analyze, map and optimize internal business processes, with a focus on teaching-related workflows, student career management, research grant administration and faculty support services.
  • Support the evolution of processes and related information systems, promoting greater efficiency, integration and operational consistency.

3. Support for CRM and Business Systems

  • Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of the University’s new CRM, ensuring data quality, performing system testing, providing user support and preparing documentation (manuals, FAQs, reports).
  • Assist in mapping existing management systems and their interactions, with the goal of enhancing integration, usability and system performance.


Requirements

  • Master's degree with an excellent academic background.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and local language.
  • Experience of studying, working or living abroad for at least 6 months.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to create and interpret dashboards and reports; familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus); basic knowledge of SQL is considered an advantage.
