Medit Ortho focuses exclusively on software-driven orthodontic workflows designed to help practices operate more efficiently and grow their orthodontic case volume. Our success is measured not just by new accounts, but by ongoing adoption and consistent case submission.The Digital Sales Specialist is responsible for driving new customer activation and ongoing case growth for Medit Ortho Software (MOS). This role includes inside sales, cold outreach, lead follow-up, onboarding, and post-sale growth, working closely with our Medit Sales Team to maximize case volume within orthodontic practices.You will engage prospects early, convert interest into first cases, and ensure customers continue submitting cases over time. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.What You'll DoInside Sales & Lead ConversionConduct cold outreach and follow-up with orthodontic practicesQualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for our sales teamRe-engage stalled or inactive leads to drive first MOS case submissionSupport the sales team with follow-up, demos, and deal progressionMaintain accurate CRM records and activity trackingPre-Sale EnablementAssist with MOS demos, workflow explanations, and readiness checksReinforce clinical and operational value during the evaluation phaseHelp move opportunities from interest to activationPost-Sale Customer GrowthOwn onboarding and early adoption for new MOS customersEnsure practices submit initial and ongoing orthodontic casesMonitor account usage and proactively address drop-off or underutilizationRe-engage accounts to drive consistent and increased case volumeRevenue & Case Volume GrowthPartner with the sales team to drive sustained growth within active accountsIdentify expansion opportunities within existing practicesTurn one-time users into repeat, high-volume MOS customersTrack and report on account health, usage trends, and growth metricsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Clinical, Product, and Technical teamsShare market and customer feedback to improve MOS workflowsParticipate in virtual trainings, webinars, and educational initiativesWhat You Bring2–5+ years of inside sales, customer success, or growth experienceExperience with cold calling, outbound outreach, and lead follow-upOrthodontic, dental, healthcare, or SaaS experience strongly preferredComfortable speaking with orthodontists, treatment coordinators, and staffStrong communication and objection-handling skillsCRM experience (HubSpot preferred)Highly organized, resilient, and performance-orientedWilligness to travel up to 50%What We OfferA pivotal role in shaping Medit's EMEA strategy and commercial futureThe autonomy to lead, innovate, and make your mark - without bureaucracyThe chance to join a fast-growing, global company that's redefining digital dentistryBe part of a modern organization with streamlined workflows, no lengthy approvals, and welcoming colleagues who work together as one teamCompetitive compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to grow with one of the fastest-rising innovators in digital dentistryWork Location:Italy (Remote)Selection Process:CV Screening > Interviews > OnboardingThe following position is screened on a rolling basis and may close once the position is filled. xdwybme Any false information in the resume may lead to termination of the employment contract.Learn more about MEDIT:MEDIT Career PageMEDIT Official Youtube Channel
