Digital Project Manager

What will you do?

The Junior Digital Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating technology projects, primarily focused on the implementation of websites and applications. This role requires working closely with various internal departments and business stakeholders to ensure the proper execution of projects, adherence to deadlines, and achievement of defined objectives.

Position Responsibilities

• Structure and maintain work plans: Organise and update project work plans, ensuring alignment with the implementation of websites and applications, and that deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with key business stakeholders to precisely define project requirements, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of expectations.
• Define roles and responsibilities: In collaboration with internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail, and Legal, define a set of milestones, roles, and responsibilities for each project or initiative.
• Track milestones and objectives: Establish a framework to track project milestones, goals, and objectives, effectively communicate progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
• Lead project allocation: Coordinate with IT/ICT managers to define the allocation of projects according to the release plan, ensuring proper distribution of resources.
• Create execution plans: Define key project stakeholders and tasks necessary to create a robust execution plan (GANTT) that will guide the entire project process.
• Manage updates and deliverables: Continuously monitor project updates and control the delivery of results, ensuring that deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.

Essential Requirements

• 1‑3 years of digital project management, preferably in ICT.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project management terminology.
• Excellent internal and customer communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
