About the job The role is responsible for supporting and assisting both existing and new digital projects, with a strong focus on the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of Franke’s eCommerce activities. It also involves supporting digital media initiatives to optimize campaigns in alignment with the Head of Advertising, as well as providing support for website and application-related activities when needed. The position will be part of the Central Marketing & Digital organization and will report directly to the Head of Digital and eCommerce.
Execute and manage digital commerce initiatives and key projects end-to-end
Define project scope, requirements, budgets, and detailed implementation plans
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards
Support the development, optimization, and performance of websites and digital platforms
Cross-functional and international collaboration to align global strategies with local needs
Manage external suppliers to ensure cost efficiency, timely execution, and KPI achievement
Identify risks and issues proactively and driving continuous improvement
Monitor performance through analytics, define KPIs and targets, and optimize results accordingly
Act as a digital ambassador, promoting digital transformation and supporting business growth
