Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Product Owner with strong expertise in product management and business analysis, who will lead the development and evolution of our products, digital services and solutions in the sports industry. The candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into product features, driving product roadmap prioritization, and ensuring alignment with B2B customer requirements.

This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders, development teams, and end-users, delivering high-quality digital services.


Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

  • Gather and analyse B2B customer needs, requirements, market trends, and industry insights.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Monitor KPIs and product performance to guide continuous product improvement.


Product Ownership & Roadmap

  • Define and maintain the digital product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with company strategy and customer needs.
  • Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
  • Act as the main point of contact between external and internal stakeholders and the development team.


Agile Product Development

  • Manage the product backlog through the standard product tools (Confluence, Jira, DevOps,…).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (UX and UI designers, developers, QA and Operations) to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with a data-driven approach.


Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

  • Collaborate with B2B Partners to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Represent the “voice of the customer” during product design and development process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering products that address real business challenges/needs in the racquet industry.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst (preferably in sports, media, or technology industries).
  • Solid knowledge of product management methodologies and Agile Frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent product management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in B2B digital products, ideally with exposure to the tennis, padel or sports industry.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a “plus”).
