Digital Pharma Application Support Specialist

Have you recently graduated in STEM or are you a professional with a couple years of work experience looking to step into the field of Life Science digital transformation? Through a structured path entailing, on-the-job training and active participation in increasingly complex projects, you will work on international digital delivery and application management projects for high-profile customers in the Life Science world.
Your Role In Lifebee
- Issue analysis and solution strategy definition;
- Deep knowledge of customization and integration of market-leading vertical software applications for Life Sciences;
- Managing Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, and Changes, in line with existing Service Level Agreements and international ITIL standards;
- Organise and plan all problem-solving activities through the different levels of support;
- Managing technical and application support requests through continuous technical collaboration with local and global software providers.
Profile And Skills
- STEM degree preferred (i.e., biomedical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics);
- Good knowledge of IT architectures, coding languages, and MS Office productivity tools;
- Basic SQL programming language on MS SQL Server and Oracle DBMS.
- Motivation to learn and grow, also supported by senior colleagues;
- Fluency in Italian and English;
- Proactivity and curiosity.
- Analytical and problem solving approach
Nice To Have
- Technical skills in application development environments (i.e., Salesforce) and programming languages (i.e., Java, Python, C#...);
- Knowledge of IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in MES/EBR, LIMS, QMS, BPM, Workflow Management, Document Management, Business Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and familiarity with industry regulations and guidelines.
- AI/ML and Data science skills
