About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and resourceful digital marketer who can bridge the gap between performance media and creative storytelling. This person will be responsible for amplifying our content across paid channels, making sure our campaigns deliver measurable results. They’ll partner closely with both the e-commerce team (to drive conversions and optimize performance) and the social/creative team (to extend reach, engagement, and cultural impact).


Main activities:

  • Own media buying and digital amplification strategies across media platforms
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align campaigns with performance goals (ROAS, CPA, conversions, etc.)
  • Work with the creative/social media team to translate big ideas into distribution strategies that drive attention and engagement
  • Build, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple channels with a strong test-and-learn approach
  • Analyze data, share insights, and recommend optimizations to balance creative reach with business performance
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and new opportunities in the media landscape
  • Experiment with emerging strategies like influencer/creator amplification, paid partnerships, and programmatic buys


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous relevant experience(s) in digital marketing, media buying, or performance media
  • Comfortable with the numbers-driven world of e-commerce and the creative-first mindset of social media
  • Hands-on experience with Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics/reporting tools
  • Solid understanding of paid media metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and how to improve them
  • Strong communication skills — able to present insights and recommendations to both creative and data-oriented teammates
  • Proactive, curious, and adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Experience running influencer or creator amplification campaigns
  • Familiarity with SEO, affiliate marketing, or programmatic advertising
  • Interest in creative content, cultural trends, and digital storytelling
