About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand through online and offline marketing operations, including brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for B2B markets worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy to grow the customer base (B2B) via existing funnels managed through HubSpot.
• Oversee the implementation of all digital marketing and communication projects.
• Design, optimise and manage Pay‑SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Linkedin).
• Manage the corporate database and email automation (DEM) to increase new client acquisition.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Team to support sales strategy, lead management and pre‑sales.
• Support the copy‑writing team with editorial calendar and SEO content for blog and social channels.
• Maintain the brand presence: update company website and social media pages.
• Plan and manage marketing activities and operational support for trade fairs and events.
• Produce reporting to monitor marketing analytics.
• Coordinate with external media service providers (graphics, video).

Qualifications

• Degree in Communication, Economics, Marketing, Digital or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in logistics, digital, start‑ups, scale‑ups or agencies.
• Resident in Milan, Monza Brianza or Hinterland.
• Proficiency in HubSpot with focus on CRM and sales engagement.
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional social channels.
• Proficient with Google Ads and Analytics.
• Comfortable using Canva, Brevo and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage timelines effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English.
• Strategic vision, creativity, and innovation orientation.
• Passion for e‑commerce and logistics.
