Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: San Felice del Benaco (Brescia, Italy)


The MAGI Group, a biotech company committed to advancing biomedical research and innovative healthcare solutions, is seeking a highly qualified Digital Marketing Specialist to support and enhance its activities in the United States. This role is central to expanding the visibility, engagement, and growth of our initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

·     Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies specifically tailored to the U.S. market.

·     Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand positioning and business growth in the United States.

·     Plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.

·     Manage SEO/SEM initiatives to maximize digital visibility and lead generation.

Oversee content creation and ensure alignment with brand identity and U.S. market expectations.

·     Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and propose data-driven improvements.

·     Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across digital and offline channels.

Provide strategic insights into emerging trends in U.S. digital marketing and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

·     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.

·     Expertise in digital marketing within the U.S. market, with a strong understanding of cultural and commercial dynamics.

·     Ability to use Artificial Intelligence tools in digital marketing to accelerate processes, enhance content creation, and optimize campaign performance.

·     Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with native or near-native proficiency.

·     Experience in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, X, etc.), email marketing tools, and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

·     Copywriting and content management skills adapted to the American audience.

·     Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

·     Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Additional Preferred Skills:

·     Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

·     Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content adaptation.

·     Familiarity with compliance aspects of digital marketing in the U.S. (privacy, data protection, healthcare-related communication).


Brand Alignment

·      Brand Analysis : Deep understanding of MAGISNAT’s mission, values, and positioning to ensure consistency across all U.S. digital touchpoints.

·      Audience Segmentation : Tailored messaging for key targets – adults interested in nutrigenomics, athletes, individuals with nutritional deficiencies, and wellness professionals (pharmacies, gyms).

·      Content & SEO : Create optimized articles, blogs, and newsletters that reinforce brand identity while driving visibility.

·      Social Media Presence : Maintain consistent tone, visual identity, and engagement strategy across platforms; leverage multimedia, ambassadors, and UGC.

·      Campaigns & Lead Generation : Ensure ads, lead magnets, and landing pages reflect brand values and communicate clearly to U.S. audiences.

·      Affiliates : Position Sales Partners as aligned brand advocates to expand credibility.

·      Monitoring & Optimization : Use analytics and feedback loops to continuously refine messaging and maintain brand coherence.

Work Location:


The role requires presence at our headquarters in San Felice del Benaco, Brescia (Italy), with periodic travels to the USA.
