Benefits package includes meal vouchers for every working day and hybrid/remote work options following the initial onboarding phase.Location: Milan, ItalyWhat will you be doing?As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns for clients across various advertising platforms.Your main duties will include:Developing and implementing digital media strategies; Setting up and managing advertising campaigns, optimizing targeting and inventory allocation; Monitoring campaign performance, optimizing delivery, and maximizing return on investment (ROI); Collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing regular performance reports; Improving campaign planning and execution processes.What candidate are we looking for?1–3 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a digital advertising agency; hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms (e.G., DV360, The Trade Desk) and solid skills in media planning and budget management; strong analytical mindset, methodological precision, and data-driven problem-solving capabilities; excellent command of Microsoft Excel and main office automation tools; Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent academic/professional background); fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken; Preferred Qualifications: familiarity with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), knowledge of the Amazon Ads suite/console, proficiency in automated/smart bidding strategies, and knowledge of additional foreign languages (French, German, or Spanish).--This announcement is addressed to female (F), male (M), and non-binary (NB) individuals pursuant to Law No. 300/1970, Legislative Decree No. 198/2006, and Legislative Decree No. 96/2026 and is open to all individuals, respecting diversity and inclusivity.
