AFF Comunicazione is hiring a Digital Marketing & PR Consultant - Fashion & Lifestyle.

Collaboration on a freelance basis (no employment contract)

KEY REQUIREMENTS AND MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Proven relationships with influencers, VIP, digital creators and talent agencies across fashion, jewelry and lifestyle sectors
• Maintain clear and ongoing communication with influencers, VIP, digital creators, talent agencies, partners, clients and internal team.
• One to one meetings with influencers, VIP, digital creators in our offices
• Identify, evaluate and manage influencers, VIP, digital creators partnership aligned with the Brands positioning
• Oversee content deliverables, timelines, approval flows
• Monitor campaign performances (organic and paid) and propose actions for optimization
• Support the planning and execution of Brands seasonal communication strategies
• Identify new digital opportunities for our clients
• Inviting digital guests (Influencers, VIP, KOL, digital creators, people) to clients events base on the Brands requests
• Management of guest list for the events, RSVPs, influencers attendance and post-event follow-ups
• Reporting activities: analyze Influencers campaign performance across their social media accounts, post event reports, monthly reports

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Mandatory previous experience of at least 2 years in the fashion Digital PR sector with an agency / brand Milan based
• Knowledge of influencer landscape in the fashion, jewelry & lifestyle sector.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Elegance, aesthetic sensitivity, and affinity with the luxury world.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build networks and long-term relationships.
• Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to manage stress effectively.
• Good written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
