The Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital , the Digital Marketing Manager is the strategic and operational lead for our digital growth engine.
This is a unique hybrid role: you will lead and manage our external agencies for the end-to-end execution of performance marketing channels, while taking a direct, hands-on approach to CRM activation and community engagement. You will be responsible for leveraging 1st party data to drive loyalty and business growth across a global multi-brand footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing (Agency Lead): Define strategy and manage agencies for paid acquisition channels, ensuring KPI attainment.
- CRM & Community Activation (Hands-on): Directly manage the execution of CRM campaigns and community initiatives (building, sending, and optimizing communications).
- 1st Party Data Management: Proactively acquire and leverage qualitative 1st party data to enhance targeting and retention.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Own the digital marketing budget; lead planning and forecasting of spend to ensure optimal ROI.
- Campaign Localization: Manage end-to-end localization of campaigns adapt global strategies for local markets.
- SEO & Organic Growth: Provide expertise to guide content and technical teams on organic foundation.
- Affiliates & Influencers: Drive strategy and oversee execution of affiliate networks and partnerships.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain rigorous reporting frameworks for CLV and CAC visibility.
Personal Specification
- Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with experience in managing agencies and hands-on CRM activation.
- Hands-on CRM Skills: Proficiency in working directly within CRM platforms to execute campaigns.
- SEO & Data Savvy: Strong understanding of SEO principles and 1st party data leverage.
- Agency Orchestration: Proven ability to brief and hold external agencies accountable.
- Language: English (Professional fluency).
Position Details
- Location: Milan
- Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Permanent (Contratto a tempo indeterminato)
- RAL: €40,000 – €50,000
