Digital Marketing Manager
Full-time | Hybrid (Remote + in-office in Marche, Matelica)
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate the digital marketing efforts across our network of international education, travel, and tech brands:
- Study Abroad Association (USA)
- SAA Italy (IT)
- Campus Community (USA)
- GoTribe (IT)
- LewerMark (USA)
- Any other required projects/brands
This position is based in Italy (preferably the Marche region) and offers a hybrid
setting, part remote and part in-person at our office in Matelica, to enable regular
collaboration and team meetings. You will play a key role in aligning our marketing
strategies across multiple brands, markets, and languages (mainly Italian and
English).
The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on digital skills, managing both the big picture and day-to-day execution. We are looking for someone to head up the entire marketing effort for various brands, requiring adaptability, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative, start-up environment and loves turning ideas into measurable
results.
You’ll also have access to additional team members, freelancers, and creative resources to support your strategies and execution.
Main Responsibilities
- Digital Strategies & Project Management
- Coordinate marketing strategies and messaging consistency across all brands and markets.
- Define and implement coordinated omnichannel digital marketing strategies that integrate social media, paid campaigns, email marketing,
- CRM, and web presence into one cohesive experience.
- Manage timelines, campaigns, and cross-functional communication between teams (Italy–US).
- When needed, supervise external freelancers or agencies (e.g., SEO, paid ads, video).
- Set clear KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Oversee SEO and content marketing to increase organic visibility.
- Manage and update websites and landing pages.
- Create or coordinate the creation of marketing content (blogs, articles,
- Newsletters, social posts, videos, etc).
- Managing Digital PR and other paid channels relevant to the brands
- Track and report analytics using GA4 and Looker Studio.
- Manage CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Measure ROI from all marketing activities and campaigns
Brand & Community Growth
- Create leads through the entire digital marketing effort
- Manage various social media accounts (SAA, SAA Italy, GoTribe, Campus Community, Lewer Mark, etc).
- Increase community engagement (mentions, tags, collaborations, influencer marketing).
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for events and conferences, and
- manage post-event follow-up (including newsletters and industry outreach).
- Help organise relevant industry webinars.
- Coordinate potential partnerships, influencers, and marketing collaborations.
- Coordinate with our international partners for co-branded initiatives.
- Managing all our collaterals for conference banners, brochures, flyers, etc.
- Post on different industry list servers such as SECUSS
- Managing the company newsletter
- Outreach to most associations and consortiums for both free and paid opportunities
- Update our websites with new programs, news, and other content.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally across international or
- multi-brand environments.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and
- omnichannel strategy.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales,
- and operations teams.
- Fluent in English (essential) and in Italian.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skilled with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and CRM/automation software such as Hubspot.
- Available for occasional travel within Italy and abroad.
Preferred:
- Experience in the international education, travel, or startup sectors.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior marketers or freelancers is a plus.
- Familiarity with US higher education and B2B marketing.
- Video marketing or digital PR experience.
