Community Management & Guest Engagement

  • Manage interactions with followers, guests, influencers, and partners.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Build an engaged online community.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze digital performance.
  • Provide insights to enhance strategy and engagement.

Influencer & Partnership Management

  • Identify and manage influencer and content creator partnerships.
  • Oversee stay experiences and deliverables.

Brand & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate across departments to capture and promote key stories.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital channels.

Administrative & General

  • Manage digital asset libraries, ensuring proper cataloguing, usage rights, and accessibility across departments.
  • Coordinate invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking for digital marketing activities and external suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of agreements, content usage rights, and partnership contracts.
  • Liaise with corporate marketing teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of assets and approvals.
  • Prepare internal presentations, summaries, and reports for management meetings and monthly reviews.
  • Support administrative tasks related to website updates, OTA content management, and brand compliance documentation.
  • Ensure all digital activities adhere to internal policies, brand standards, and data privacy regulations.
