Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the resort’s social media strategy across platforms.
- Create, curate, and publish high‑quality visual and written content.
- Manage a content calendar aligned with events and promotions.
- Oversee onsite content production, including photo and video shoots.
- Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.
Community Management & Guest Engagement
- Manage interactions with followers, guests, influencers, and partners.
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Build an engaged online community.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze digital performance.
- Provide insights to enhance strategy and engagement.
Influencer & Partnership Management
- Identify and manage influencer and content creator partnerships.
- Oversee stay experiences and deliverables.
Brand & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate across departments to capture and promote key stories.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
Administrative & General
- Manage digital asset libraries, ensuring proper cataloguing, usage rights, and accessibility across departments.
- Coordinate invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking for digital marketing activities and external suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of agreements, content usage rights, and partnership contracts.
- Liaise with corporate marketing teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of assets and approvals.
- Prepare internal presentations, summaries, and reports for management meetings and monthly reviews.
- Support administrative tasks related to website updates, OTA content management, and brand compliance documentation.
- Ensure all digital activities adhere to internal policies, brand standards, and data privacy regulations.
