Digital Marketing Intern

Job Description

In order to support our continuous growth in the international markets, Mister WorkerTM is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to strengthen its marketing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital industry and will bring enthusiasm and ideas to the development of our e-commerce. You will take part in the design, creation and delivery of international marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the ADS Manager for the development of online advertising campaigns (Google ADS, Linkedin, Bing....).
• Manage the SEO strategy: keyword analysis, onsite optimization, content creation and translation.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and communication projects and UX optimization projects.
• Support with Social Media Team for Social contents development
• Assist in AI videos creation
• Supervise the translation of content in different languages (EN, DE, FR, ES, Arabic, IT)
• Coordinate with IT department for store development projects and new functionalities
• Assist in drafting monthly reports on sales and store performances (GA4, Salesforce....).

Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, Foreign languages or similar (Master’s degree is a plus);
• Full Professional Proficiency in English or Italian. Knowledge of French/Arabic is a plus;
• Spirit of initiative and willingness to learn;
• Strong teamwork skills;
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills;
• Knowledge of all Google solutions (Gmail, Drive, Sheets);
• Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus;
• Previous experience in the use of Google Analytics, Google Ads and SEO Marketing tools is a plus.
