Digital Marketing & Design Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing & Design Specialist to support our branding, digital marketing, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is visually strong, digitally savvy, and passionate about creating engaging content, preferably with a strong portfolio and an interest in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms
- Create compelling marketing content, including photos, videos, and digital assets
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and online campaigns
- Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using web analytics tools
- Support the design and production of marketing and training materials
- Assist with event planning, coordination, and on-site support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- A strong portfolio demonstrating marketing, design, and content creation work
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Proficiency in photography and videography , including editing
- Experience with web analytics and online marketing tools
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of Premiere Pro is an advantage)
- Ability to create engaging and brand-aligned content for digital platforms
- Excellent command of English and Italian , both written and spoken
- Interest or passion for the aviation industry is highly desirable
- Strong creative mindset with a drive to contribute to company growth
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
