The role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team in Milan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a keen interest in the asset management industry. The Digital Marketing Associate oversees the company’s digital properties and plans activities in line with broader business goals.


Strategic and general responsibilities

  • Digital Presence & Brand Building
  • Contribute to the firm’s digital strategy by suggesting improvements to channels, content formats, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure digital activities are aligned with brand positioning and overall corporate strategy.
  • Own and maintain the editorial plan (themes, formats, cadence, channel mix) and translate it into an actionable calendar across channels.
  • Market & Competitor monitoring across channels
  • Explore new digital tools, channels, and formats that could enhance communication with investors.
  • Contribute to process improvements in campaign management, analytics, and reporting.
  • Work with investment teams to translate market insights into accessible digital content.


Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Update and maintain the corporate website with news, fund updates, and thought leadership content.
  • Draft and schedule social media posts, ensuring alignment with editorial calendar.
  • Coordinate translations and adaptations of content for different markets.
  • Set up, optimise and monitor digital campaigns (email, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Ensure targeting, segmentation, and scheduling follow internal guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track performance and website metrics
  • Act as Community Manager: engage with followers, respond to comments, and escalate client-related queries to the appropriate teams.
  • Email marketing: own the entire process (from content, targeting, lists, analytics)
  • Be the point of contact for Pardot and Salesforce queries, in close collaboration with the IT team
  • Prepare, update and maintain a KPI tracker for all marketing activities (social media, events, media, website, etc)
  • Review all marketing materials (presentations, reports, newsletters, social posts, website content) to check spelling, grammar, consistency, and compliance with brand tone of voice.
  • Coordinate with compliance to ensure materials meet regulatory standards before publication.

The candidate


The ideal candidate will have:


  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (previous experience in the financial sector is appreciated).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Experience with the use of WordPress
  • Solid understanding of SEO (on-page, metadata)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation systems (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement / Pardot preferred).
  • Extensive experience in the use of Google Ads, Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Social media advertising
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or any other markup language
  • Nice to have: Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English;
    fluency in any other languages is a plus.
  • High interpersonal and organisational skills, with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across regions.
