PetLink is the leading global platform for pet reunification, trusted by millions of pet parents, vets, and animal shelters. Alongside its long-standing microchip and tag-based services, the team is building Petlink Everywhere , a connected platform designed to bring lost pets home safely and expanding a digital ecosystem that blends hardware, services, and subscription products.


We’re looking for a Digital Growth & Strategy Manager to help shape, execute, and accelerate this next chapter.


An Insight to the Role

  • Partner with the Head of Digital Channels and Retail Lead to own Petlink’s go-to-market and operational roadmap in Europe, including launches in Italy, Germany, and Spain.
  • Set the digital performance framework across all Digital Pet products; analysing trends and metrics to refine strategy across H/W & subscription sales, churn, CAC, LTV, activation funnels, ratings, NPS, and platform experience.
  • Suggest pricing models, monetization paths, bundling options, and funnel improvements to drive commercial growth.
  • Ensure CRM journeys, paid campaigns, and digital channels align with performance targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Customer Success, CRM and the wider digital team.
  • Champion a test, learn, iterate mindset to improve performance across every step of the customer journey.


Key Success Factors

  • Collaborative, clear communicator with strong commercial judgement
  • 6–8 years in digital growth, marketing strategy, or digital business leadership in B2C
  • Hands-on experience with platforms, subscriptions, or connected devices
  • Deep command of growth metrics: CAC, LTV, churn, ARPU, activation, retention
  • Ability to turn data into action, strategy, and better experiences
  • Fluency in English (Italian, Spanish, or German a strong plus)
  • Bonus: experience in pet tech, health tech, IoT, consumer mobility, or similar ecosystems
