For our global Headquarter in Milan we are looking for a Digital & Customer service Intern .


The Digital & Customer service Intern will join the Fortidia Product marketing team to support the customer service management, as well as the development and implementation of Digital products and services. In this role, with reference to the Spedingo,com platform, your goal will be to support customer requests on the platform, assist affiliated carriers, handle any post-sales issues, and, when necessary, find alternative solutions to increase customer satisfaction.


As a secondary focus, you will cooperate with the rest of the Digital team to ensure support in designing and releasing solutions to enrich the digital and e-commerce products portfolio.


Duties and Responsibilities:

● Support requests from affiliated carriers or those applying for affiliation with the Spedingo.Com platform, including the registration process for new carriers

● Provide accurate and timely support to end customers via email or phone,

● Interact with suppliers and support the search for new partners and carriers

● Conduct ongoing market benchmarking to gather insights on leading competitor platforms

● Perform back-office activities in support of claims, including follow-up with end customers

● Prepare reports

● Support in managing digital products and e-commerce proposition development end to end, working with the local Product Managers in each Country.

● Perform market analysis to assess the competition, industry trends, best practices, and customer satisfaction in the Digital solutions market.

● Clearly articulate product information and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution across franchisees and HQ team.

● Analyze and monitor products performances in terms of sales and level of adoption in the network, maximising all the available levers to ensure targets achievement.

● Collaborate with other company roles in the company, in a team-working logic


Skills and Qualifications

● Master Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

● Fluent English

● Previous experience in customer service will be considered a plus, as well as experience with CRM products

● Strong customer interaction skills, with the ability to listen, communicate, and solve problems

● Collaborative spirit and proactivity

● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
