About the RoleDigital Consultant - As a Digital Consultant at dentsu, you will help clients reach their business goals by managing digital performance strategy and execution across key channels.You will own campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting while acting as a key digital point of contact for clients. The role includes managing performance marketing initiatives across paid search, paid social, and display performance campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute paid search, paid social, and display performance campaigns, ensuring effective time and project management.Interpret data to supervise programmatic strategies and generate actionable insights for reporting.Oversee end‑to‑end campaign processes: brief analysis, strategy definition, media budget allocation, vendor negotiation, media planning and booking, creative delivery, account setup, keyword and copy creation, daily optimisation, and reporting while coordinating with internal teams.Maintain a strong focus on client KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities to meet and exceed targets, even under tight deadlines.Act as one of the digital focal points for clients on all digital marketing activities and trends, demonstrating excellent communication skills.Ensure best practices and drive innovation across digital initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities.Coordinate and motivate the team with the digital manager, fostering a positive work environment.Build strong relationships across client management and cross‑channel teams, ensuring seamless communication.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication or similar fields.2+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns with limited supervision.Proficient in search and social advertising platforms: Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn.Expertise in DSPs such as DV360 and Adform is a plus.Solid knowledge of display performance media vendors and technologies.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.Knowledge of conversion‑rate optimisation techniques and familiarity with Ad Serving and Analytics tools.Strong data interpretation skills and financial acumen, able to prioritise tasks and execute against goals.Excellent written and spoken English.Strong customer‑service orientation, balancing multiple priorities with professionalism.Proficiency in campaign financial reporting in AdBox/NetBox.Pay RangeSalary range: €28,000 – €35,000, CCNL Commercio – 2nd Level or 3rd Level.
