The Digital business analyst Intern helps with gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve business processes and make informed decisions. This role involves supporting senior analysts, web planners, web buyers and web merchants, conducting research and analysis, and creating documentation, all while learning how to develop solutions and communicate recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Analysis

  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating Demand and Forecast Reports to support planning activities and decision-making for the team.
  • Support the analysis of sales and stock data to identify insights across Digital channels.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to Digital performance, market trends, pricing, and customer behavior coming from UX analysis and/or CRM data (Recency-Frequency-Monetary analysis, basket mix, etc)
  • Help prepare reports, process flows, and basic documentation to support Digital business analysis tasks.

2. Project Support and Process Improvement:

  • Assist with Digital project planning, task tracking, and deadline monitoring.
  • Follow instructions to update project documents and support day-to-day team activities.
  • Help identify areas for improvement in existing processes and suggest practical solutions.

3. Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Support testing of new tools, systems, or features by following test plans or checklists.
  • Help identify and report basic issues or bugs discovered during testing.
  • Contribute to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of digital reports and tools.

Skills Required:

  • Data Skills: ideally Statistical studies, familiar with tools like Excel or Google Sheets; eager to learn more about data analysis and AI-powered tools. Knowledgeable about SQL, Python, or basic statistical models is a plus.
  • Analytical Thinking: Curious and detail-oriented, interested in using data to find patterns and support business decisions.
  • Technical Curiosity: Open to learning new software (e.g., reporting tools, dashboards) and understanding how digital systems work.
  • Good Organization: Able to follow task lists, manage time, and meet deadlines with guidance.
  • Team Player: Willing to support teammates, ask questions, and contribute positively to group goals.
  • Clear Communication and foreign languages: Able to share simple summaries of data and findings clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally. Proficient in English, other languages will be a plus.

Nice to have:

Familiarity or passion with motorbike industry.
