Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery and deployment of transformative digital engineering/manufacturing projects.
• Act as a liaison between product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translating business needs into functional specifications and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Conduct detailed process analysis, workflow mapping, and gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business cases, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Perform data analysis to support business decisions and project objectives.
• Support all product owners in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analyst, preferably within digital engineering or IoT environments.
• Experience with Project Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Proven experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in business process modeling, data analysis, and documentation best practices.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and lead meetings with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting solution validation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with IIoT systems, manufacturing IT integration, and project delivery.
